I need your feedback!

So, I've been thinking I want to try my hand at offering home-baked goods this holiday season.  My initial thoughts are to offer:
  • Cinnamon rolls w/ cream cheese frosting
  • White dinner rolls
  • Whole-wheat dinner rolls
  • Peanut butter chip/Milk chocolate chip cookies
  • Banana bread
I've also thought of doing:
  • Mint cream brownies
  • Marshmallow peppermint brownies
  • Berry freezer jam (to go along with the dinner rolls)
What do you think?  I have the poll above so you can be anonymous, but if you'd like to give me feedback, I'd love it!  Would you buy any of it?  What would be your top picks?  Any other suggestions?  Let me hear it!

Zucchini bread??! I've been dying for a good loaf of Zucchini bread and would be interested if it were available!

sound like a great idea! How would you package it to give to people--or is it just for people to come to your house and pick up and bring home and then give away?

Kelsey--Zucchini bread is hard when zucchini isn't in season. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be making it.

Rachel--I would bake them in disposable pans & have people pick them up or some other type of container. I would need to figure it out if I had to mail them...

I would buy homemade cinnamon rolls anytime. And I would be possibly interested in homemade rolls for Thanksgiving time and maybe Christmas.

and if you can make eclairs, I would buy those by the dozen. :)
