This week:

*I turned 29, which doesn't feel any different than 28. My older sister was shocked that I was that old. Guess she never really realized how close we are in age (2 yrs).

*I was able to go on 2 dates with Randy! We went to the temple on my birthday while our sister-in-law, Teri, watched the girls. Our second date was with my cousin, Courtney, and her husband. We went to dinner & attempted to meet Ree, the Pioneer Woman, but were unsuccessful.

*I've been potty training Jenna, and it's going well! Sure, she's been mostly pantless all week, but that just saves me from having to wash that many pairs of pants. She's only had one #2 accident in her undies (possibly 2, but I wasn't around & I'm not sure what happened). We're on our way!

*Sydney is beginning to read. It's so much fun seeing it click & sink in so quickly.

*Randy and I spent a lot of time in our yard today prepping it for the spring. Thank goodness it was such a gorgeous day! Randy mowed the lawn, added mulch to our garden areas & tilled it in, and he also dug some holes for me in really hard soil. I cleaned up leaves, rolled up & put away our garden drip lines, added mulch to our strawberry bed, planted flowers & bulbs. Is that all? I don't know, but I'm sore and exhausted!
