This morning, I woke up to some unusual chest pain/pressure. I ended up calling Randy just after he left for work to take me to the ER. Merri came over to watch our girls. (Thanks again, Merri!!) Once at the ER, I had a handful of tests done, only to determine the chest pain wasn't coming from anything serious...and they don't know why it was happening. I've since talked to my mom & she's experienced the same thing a few times, and the doctors haven't been able to determine the cause of hers, either. So, let's just hope it was a fluke & doesn't happen again!

I'm so sorry that you have some scary pain. At least you know it's nothing serious, but it is frustrating when no one can tell you what it is. I know. :)
I'm glad it was nothing serious, I hope it doesn't happen again.
That is ScArY! I hope it doesn't happen again. It is the worst when they can't tell you what it is.
Yikes! Glad you got it checked out and even more glad that you are ok!
Hey better safe than sorry!! Ry had that once and it was from a pulled chest muscle from playing tennis. I'm glad you are okay :)
I'm glad everything turned out fine. hope there isn't anything to find.
glad nothing is wrong and you are okay
Keri, have you considered food allergies?? I had similar chest pain at random times and I had never even thought I could have food allergies. I just thought I would offer an idea, hopefully it helps! Either way, I am glad that it wasn't anything serious!
Keep us posted!
Geez, what is going on? I hope nothing major!
How scary!! I hope that it is nothing serious!
I hope it doesn't happen again, it's a scary experience! and you're welcome!
That is really scary. Hopefully they can figure out what is going on. Take it easy!
Yeah... I have the same stuff. It's totally scary every time it happens, but the doc's have checked my heart too and they've said nothing is wrong. We just have stupid hearts. lol! Hey, at least they're working!
That is scary! A couple months ago I went to the doctor cause I would get these sudden sharp pains in my chest as well. It turns out that I am just STRESSED out! :) I apparently don't have a good method of releasing my stress and it builds up in my muscles (even little everyday stresses can build up over time) My muscles are so tight that they spasm and cramp up and it is really painful. So the past few months I have been trying to be better about relaxing :) My doctor also told me that if you have been sick or have a buy then the lining of your lungs can get inflamed and that can also cause pretty severe chest pains. So there are my thoughts, I hope that it doesn't happen to you again.
I get the same thing that happens to me about once a month, mine is usually in the middle of the night and lasts for about half an hour, it feels almost like i have a rope around my rib cage and it is being pulled tight, i can still breath easily but ive never gone to the hospital over it though
So glad you are OK, that is so scary when you have pains you can't explain. Thank goodness we have the gospel and the priesthood!
NO fun! I am so sorry! Glad you are ok!! And good for you for following through and getting checked anyway! That is why heartattacks kill more women than men...((HUGS))
