Campfire adventures

Our neighbors invited us to go up Mapleton Canyon last week for a weenie & marshmallow roast. Aside from the flies & the falling ash from a fire in Spanish Fork Canyon, it was great!

The kids hiked up some steep trails by the campground & had a lot of fun. Can you spot Sydney & Kamrie?

Of course, with Jenna, things escalated. She found a water faucet and after drenching herself, wasn't happy that she was all wet. We forced her to at least keep her pants on, but her socks, shoes, and shirt came off.

However, that didn't stop her from climbing the steep trails anyway. (A few days later, I discovered a good cut between her toes...probably came from here!)

And to top it all off, when she ate her chicken that night, she ate very little meat. Instead, she literally ate the bone! I'm not so sure about this kid. Is she part animal?!
